Dulles Jet Center Celebrates Grand Opening

A 40,000-square-foot airplane hangar was transformed into a  reception hall 
for the grand opening celebration of Dulles Jet Center at Dulles  Airport Dec. 
1. General Jack Dailey, director of the National Air and Space  Museum was in 
attendance with his wife Mimi. Metropolitan Washington Airports  Authority 
President and CEO Jim Bennett was among the MWAA staff present, as  well as 
friends and business partners of the center's founder, real estate  developer 
Nathan Landow.

Designed for short- and long-term use, the  center has four 
40,000-square-foot hangars, a 25,000-square foot office complex,  40 shop 
facilities and 30 
storage rooms.
