[JYO] Dulles Cookies to Dulles Controllers Delivery team...

Last year the cookies were delivered to the Dulles tower by a small team and
we also were able to take a tower tour. This year for security reasons, the
delivery team can only be 5 people (including me) and no tour... just a photo
with some controllers and sharing some cookies.
We plan on making the delivery around 10:30AM on Tuesday, December 18th.
The next 3 folks that respond that they want to be part of the delivery team
will get the slots.
