[JYO] Dan Moats passed away after massive coronary failure

All:  Dan Moats, a wonderful friend, husband and father, died this morning 
(5/31/04) of a massive coronary after working out at Ida Lee.  He was a 
fabulous Airport Commissioner who created a business plan for the airport that 
formed the framework that made the construction of the Caulkins Terminal 
possible.  He was the proud Dad of Kristin and Heidi and devoted husband to 
Peggy.  He loved to fly and was a tireless volunteer working on behalf of the 
Leesburg Airport.  He was also a good and loyal friend.  He has left us much 
too soon.
 
Arrangements are being finalized for a Memorial Service.  Dan was only 51 years 
old.
