[JYO] Cookies to Controllers delivery date set 12/18/01

Thanks to everyone that donated for this 2nd annual "Cookies to Controllers" 
at IAD. I now have enough money/commitments to cover the costs of the cookies 
and basket.

I am going to make the delivery on Tuesday, December 18th around 10AM.  Last 
year, the delivery was also a quick tower tour for those that came along.  
This year, for security reasons, the tower tour will not be available.
