[JYO] Any Leesburg Pilot wanna help out the town?

 
 
Hi Ed â 
I have been asked, once again, about  the possibility of finding a pilot who 
could fly over Purcellville during  certain hours of the day to take pictures 
of the traffic between 7:30 and 9:30  in the morning and 3 â 5:30pm.  I guess 
anyone who lives in the  Purcellville area knows the pains that we are feeling 
over there with growth, so  I was asked about the possibility of finding 
someone to fly over during those  times.  I do have a photographer who can take 
the photosâjust need to know  if anyone has the time to do this.  Thanks so 
much, as always, for your  help.
