Subject: Airport Open House  
All, 
This yearsâ Leesburg  Executive Airport Open Houseâ is scheduled for 
October 
22, 2005 with October  23rd Rain Date.  This is a Town of Leesburg planned 
event,  and will be coordinated through this office and with the Airport  
Commission. 
As you plan for the event  please keep in mind your location last year, if 
that didn't work for you we can  certainly look at other areas.  Please let me 
know ASAP what your displays  will consist of so we can advertise. 
As you all know town  staff at the airport is a small group and other 
volunteers will be needed to  make this a successful community event.  Although 
it is 
easy to contact all  of you, I don't have any contacts for the people that 
provided aircraft for the  static display.  If you know of anyone who would 
like 
to participate please  pass this email along to them or have them contact 
this  office.
