[JYO] Airport Manager, Wendy Carter of GAI, notifies Leesburg Pilots of terror alert

Folks, this is absolutely real. Please see attached.  Montgomery County 
Police informed me that the Airpark was put on a sensitive target list at 3PM 
yesterday afternoon. I learned this after reporting an encounter with a 
suspicious individual yesterday evening after hours.

It is imperative that you be alert for suspicious persons on the airside. The 
individual I spoke with yesterday was extremely interested in MC10, the 
county's skymaster. There will not be any problem recognizing that this 
person is different from anyone you have ever seen. He was absolutely 
terrifying to look at, even before he opened his mouth to speak.

The county police have increased airside patrols, minimum 2 per hour around 
or in the airport. FBI toll free number is on the attachment.

A VERY SUSPICIOUS INDIVIDUAL WAS ASKING QUESTIONS ON THE AIRPORT LAST NIGHT, 
MONDAY THE 24TH, AFTER HOURS AT APPROXIMATELY 6:30P TO 6:45P ASKING TO RENT 
THE "TWIN TAIL".  EDDIE'S SKYMASTER HAD LANDED AT THE AIRPORT APPROXIMATELY 
20 MINUTES PRIOR TO THIS PERSON'S INQUIRY.  HE IS MIDDLE EASTERN - VERY DARK 
SKINNED, SHORT-APPROXIMATELY 5'4", VERY LEAN MUSCULAR BUILD, SCAR ABOVE OR 
BELOW RIGHT EYE, BLACK HAIR, BROWN EYES, SEVERAL DAYS FACIAL HAIR GROWTH.  HE 
WAS DRIVING A SMALL BLACK CAR, BODY DAMAGE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR OR LEFT 
FRONT CORNER PANEL. HE MAY BE TRAVELING WITH A PILOT WHOSE PICTURE IS BEING 
DISTRIBUTED WITH THIS NOTICE. THE PHOTO IS OF THE PILOT, KNOWN TO BE A VERY 
HIGH RANKING AL QUEDA OPERATIVE.  IF YOU ENCOUNTER EITHER OF THESE 
INDIVIDUALS, PLEASE CALL THE FBI AT 866-258-5883 OR 410-265-8080 AND REPORT 
TO THE AIRPORT MANAGER.  KEEP CALM, TREAT THEM AS ANY OTHER CUSTOMER.  TRY TO 
GET TAG & DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLE.
