RATES ESTABLISHED FOR NEW HANGARS - During a special meeting on February 22, 
2002, the Airport Commission voted to establish monthly rental rates for the 
new T-hangars at the North end of the airport.  Standard T-hangars are now 
$375 a month, the larger end-units are $395 a month, and the corporate 
T-hangars are $1,900 a month.  The corporate units are also separately 
metered for utilities.  This action by the Airport Commission has no effect 
on the rates for existing T-hangars at the airport.  The special public 
meeting in the lobby of the terminal building was required because rates for 
the new hangars was supposed to be a separate agenda item at the regular 
Commission meeting on February 21st, but it was inadvertently included with 
another item that was tabled.  The hangars will be ready for occupancy in the 
next several days, and rates must be established before leases can be signed.
