Operation âRaincheckâ ADIZ Seminar Tour the TRACON

When:  Saturday September 23rd,  2006
Two identical sessions  10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm
What:   -Attend a seminar about the Washington  DC ADIZ and Q&A with FAA 
controllers & management on any  topic.
-Tour the state of the  art TRACON.
RSVP- Email name, pilot cert #**, country of citizenship (if  other than US)
along WITH TIME PREFERENCE to: Randolph.Horner@xxxxxxx *** NO  LATER THAN
September 11th.

*Space is limited.  While past events  here at the TRACON have been open to
pilots and their guests, the last  Operation Raincheck had a waiting list of
over 100 pilots that we could not  accommodate.  We are returning to our
policy of 'pilots only' until we  feel demand for this event has lessened.
We are also asking for  'non-repeaters.'  If you have attended an Operation
Raincheck event here  at the TRACON in the last two years, we respectfully
ask that you sit out  this event.  If it becomes evident that there will not
be a waiting list  for this event, we will make another announcement
inviting 'repeaters' and  non-pilot guests.  Another Operation Raincheck is
planned for the  spring.

**If your pilot cert # is the same as your SSN and you do not  feel
comfortable sending it via email, you may send only the last 4  digits.

***We will not be sending back an email confirming your  registration until
the week of the event.   Unless you get a  'return to sender' email,
consider yourself registered as you  requested.   The correct email address
for registration is:  randolph.horner@xxxxxxx   Instructions and directions
will be  emailed on Monday, September 18th.  These will serve as
confirmation of  your registration.


Potomac TRACON is equidistant from HEF &  W66.  FBO transportation details
will be announced the week of the  event.
