[JYO] ADIZ AND FRZ NOTAM EFFECTIVE JAN 20 AT 8:00PM (TODAY)

NOTAM 4/0413 GOES INTO EFFECT TONIGHT FOR THE STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS
FROM 8:00PM UNTIL 11:30PM LOCAL TIME. THE 3 PART NOTAM ENCOMPASSES THE
AIR DEFENSE IDENTIFICATION ZONE (ADIZ) AND FLIGHT RESTRICTED ZONE (FRZ)
AND PROHIBITS ALL PT. 91 AND GENERAL AVIATION FLIGHTS. THOSE TRANSITING
TO/FROM BALTMORE, WASHINGTON REAGAN (DCA) AND DULLES INTL. AIRPORTS
(IAD) ON AN IFR FLIGHT PLAN AND ADDITIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MEDICAL
FLIGHTS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS NOTAM. WAIVERS ISSUED IAW NOTAM 3/2126 ARE
RESCINDED DURING THIS PERIOD. REFER TO NOTAM 4/0413 AT WWW.TFR.FAA.GOV
AND OBTAIN A NOTAM BRIEFING BEFORE DEPARTURE AS THE NOTAM CAN CHANGE
ANYTIME.
