The commission does not have a mission statement, but I feel we should so the 

citizens of Leesburg and the users know precisely what the commission is 
about. 
We are there at the behest of our elected officials and represent the 
citizens of 
Leesburg and have a responsibility to oversee the airport so the services 
provided 
are efficient and cost effective. We need to keep the small town feel and 
keep 
things informal and fun. Flying should be fun. Flying is expensive and the 
Town 
should do what it can to keep the costs down.
