Please send the following via e-mail to get the word out to airmen on
dissemination of upcoming programs this year:
You can: (1) access seminars and pilot education on E-Learning, E-Training
and TFR, ADIZ knowledge and flight operations links on Eastern Region
website: http://aea.faa.gov/aea200/safety/schedule.htm. (2) you can
register your e-mail address to obtain local district safety seminars and
safety of flight information: http://aea.faa.gov/aea200/ea27.
The E-Learning and E-Training links are currently being installed on
Eastern Region's lan server, however, some delays may be experienced. Some
E programs will be selected for approval under the Wings pilot proficiency
award program. In the meantime, you will receive current free information
on events and seminars from the FSDO via e-mail. After the 17 September
seminar at George Washington University, (7-9pm), no further flyers will be
sent by mail to airmen for the foreseeable future, instead flyers will be
sent electronically via (1) above. Events and seminars will be posted to
the website, and sent via addresses registered via (2) above.
Thank you for your interest in the safety program and I look forward to
your attendance and participation in upcoming programs.
Regards,
Karen Arendt
