[juneau-lug] website update

OK - website has been updated with lots of php behind the scenes.  Most 
changes shouldn't be too obvious.  Let me know what's broken.

Also on the library page, added a vmware image of DSL 2.0b (darn small 
linux, or something like that).  It's 53 MB to download and setup to run 
in 128MB memory.  Does vmplayer let you change that?   Just another way 
to try vmware.
