[juneau-lug] web server down

The web server will probably be up & down for a little bit.  It locks
up whenever the CD or Zip drive is accessed, which is bad.  I think it
is a bad SCSI cable.

I will swap it out tonight, but I am also watching kids so it might be
a while.  :)
