You can get an ide expansion card, and add 4 more hdds.

It's the first thing that popped up on google. It's Aussie, but I'm sure
you can find an American retailer.
As far as the cluster/block size, I don't know. I've always just stuck
w/ what was default. 'df --help' gets some good options.
