[juneau-lug] Re: quicktime .mov files in redhat

I believe Xine plays quicktime files splendidly if you don't have your heart
set on mplayer... using apt will get you the latest and greatest iteration.

You should be able to get the codecs you need here:  
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/design6/dload.html

I'm running SuSE 8.2 Pro and I noticed that it lacks certain features 
due to potential copyright violations.  Maybe the Red Hat distro does 
the same thing?
