That's too bad that you got the Broadcom mini-PCI instead of the Intel one.
It looks like the D610s come with either - the Intel is a/b/g and the Broadcom
is b/g only? Probably one of those save $25 off the price if you choose the
Broadcom options...
AFAIK your best option with the Broadcom is Kevin's first suggestion,
ndiswrapper and the .inf and .sys file from the Windows driver for your card.
What were the problems with loading the bcm43xx module you built? (Fedora
might have pulled the bcm43xx from FC5 because the driver is said to be buggy
-- I don't have one of these cards so can't say one way or another.)
