[juneau-lug] Web page

I changed the introduction on the main web page (www.juneau-lug.org) to kind
of hint at a community service aspect.

Comments please!  I can always change it back.  The wording isn't the best,
criticism is welcome if something is confusing, or you just don't agree with
what it says.
