Amavis-Postfix will pass the message out to whatever antivirus package
you have, and treats it like a black box. So I suppose it would not be
hard to pass messages to an arbitrary scanner, or even more than one.
So you could pass it to an antivirus scanner, and then to a spam scanner
(probably more efficient the other way around though).
