This is a review of the 80 Gig Seagate Barracuda IV Quiet Hard Drive. 
Seems like it might not be a bad drive, and isn't a terrible price.

Of course, YMMV.  I have no real experience with quiet computers.  I've 
gone deaf to compensate.
