[juneau-lug] Non-Profit Status & Computers

Are we technically a non-profit?

I've got a friend in the FAA that is looking to surplus some old computer 
parts. We might be able to use them. Have we had any discussion yet about 
community outreach efforts. To help supply other non-profit orgs get 
surplused machines running linux?

I'm going to send an email to my friend requesting the comptuers, so I 
would like some clarification of our non-profit status, and we don't have 
the non-profit status, how would be the best way to word it?
