[juneau-lug] New Project

So Amazon has been good to me, and I now have a stack of Apache/MySQL/PHP
books.

The project will be to do a demonstration project where members can request
the library books, as well as see who currently has the books.

Required information available from the web will be:

Book information:  Title, ISBN, description, publisher, genre, topic, pages,
JLUG review.
Member information: Name, book(s) currently checked out, date out, date due.

There will be some non-public information (contact info for members, etc.)
available to the librarian.
