We can set up a postnuke site somewhere.  If you have the bandwidth and
are willing to host it we can set it up on your machine.  (Static IP is
$10 a month, I don't think any non-business GCI package comes with a
static IP.)

Helpdesk implies helpdesk technicians.  :)  Volunteering?
