As I remember, ide/atapi-cdrom support has to be disabled and scsi-emulation
enabled. These selections are in the IDE, ATA and Block devices section. In
the SCSI support section, enable SCSI support, SCSI disk and SCSI CD-ROM
support. I also have Vendor-specific and SCSI generic support enabled. Can't
remember if the last two are required. I'll check around and try and find the
documentation that I used to set my system up with.
