Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Cincinnati is currently seeking a 
full-time Director of Operations. Please feel free to pass this along to

Director of Operations (Full-Time) 
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (financial background preferred)
2. At least three years experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred
3. Excellent computer skills (Required Proficiencies in: QuickBooks, 
Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher; Desired Experience/Proficiencies in: 
Constant Contact and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge)
The ideal candidate will embody:
1. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
2. Problem solving ability
3. High degree of initiative
4. High attention to detail
5. Genuine team player
6. Commitment to serving those in need
7. Ability to maintain sense of humor in a high pressure environment
8. Ability to work with a culturally diverse staff and client base

Summary: IHN is a unique response to homelessness, combining volunteers from 
the religious community with full-time professionals to reintegrate families 
into the community. The Director of Operations provides the administration, 
communications, financial, and record-keeping to ensure that the agency and 
programs run smoothly and in concert with each other.
