Cincinnati Office.



As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

* New business development calls into client companies and ultimately
making placements within those companies.
* You will also be expected to proactively source and recruit in our
niche market.
* Work only with top tier candidates and top tier clients and will
build strong relationships with both.



What we are looking for:

* Accounting or Sales/Recruiting background with strong presentation
and closing skills.
* Extroverted, money-motivated, possess a competitive drive, strong
work ethic, and love the "art of the complex sale".



What we offer:

* An extremely attractive compensation plan along with an excellent
benefits package and the best training and professional development in the
industry.
* First year Recruiters average $80,000.00 (top recruiters make 150+)
