Dear Larry,

Good evening and thank you for bringing to my attention the offices closing 
tomorrow at HPUMC.. I wasn't feeling so hot today, but your notice will allow 
me to advance this all-important notice to our fellow associates using JSFG's 
Intranet mailing program. (addressed above)

I will do so, not because those that were to man the phones know, but for 
others that may have had thoughts of visiting the offices and knowing of the 
office closing will sway them to consider a Friday visit instead.. I will be 
visiting the office Friday.

  A message was just put in the JSFG mailbox that the floor is going to be 
cleaned and waxed tomorrow.  I asked Carolyn Whitaker about if that also meant 
the JSFG office will not be open.  She said yes it will not be open since you 
have to walk through 202 to get into the office.

  I've called everyone who is to work tomorrow that the office will be closed.
