I forgot to announce during our Monday meeting that there is an opportunity to 
do some practice interviewing at Hillenbrand in Batesville, Indiana. Several 
members went in August, and the reports back were favorable. The technique they 
are using is called "Top-Grading" which is a form of behavioral interviews, but 
even more in-depth. The interview would be 3 hours in the afternoon of day 1, 
and you would get an hour of debriefing (candid feedback) in the afternoon of 
day 2. 

The dates are next Tuesday & Wednesday, Sept 18 & 19, 2001
or Tuesday & Wednesday, Sept 25 & 26, 2001

and the feedback should be worth 2 trips over there.
