[jsfg_cinti] password

Several days ago, I set up an account with Free Lists.  I don't really
remember what I did, but I don't have a password unless it is my IP
Address.  I tried to use that and it didn't work.  The computer requested
that I paste the confirmation string in the box.  I did that and they
gave me a new IP number.  I tried to change my password, but it wouldn't
let me do that, and sent me to the black hole.  I don't know what to do
next.  Can someone help me?
