We are looking for several TOGOâ??s marketing team members in San Jose, CA How

prefers to have creative freedom, has experience in QSR (Quick Service Retail) 
merchandising/marketing, and welcomes the accountability/opportunity that comes

craving. TOGOâ??s is an aggressive rapidly growing 30 year old QSR brand that 
already has 400+ locations nationwide. Its time to take things to the next 
level and 
to do this we need to add a team member that loves to sell, market and have 
the ability to teach others how to do the same. The individual(s) we are 
looking for will be responsible for driving sales to new levels. You will 
report 
directly to Senior Management and play a vital role in the development of this 
exciting company. If you are successful at your position, you will quickly be 
rewarded with an opportunity to grow your career. What you will be asked to do: 
· Develop and deliver exciting in-store and local promotions. · Quantify the 
success and opportunity of each promotion, then work directly with Franchisees 
to roll the promotions out and make the projections happen. · Source new 
products for sale in stores. · Be responsive to sourcing requests and 
marketing 
ideas presented by Franchisees. · Must be able to effectively demonstrate 
success 
of new promotional ideas and then roll the successful promotions out 
nationwide by coordinating activities with TOGOâ??s Operations. What we are 
seeking in 
you: You will have a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 5-7 years marketing 
and merchandising experience, preferably in the QSR or Fast Casual industry 
with a proven track record of success. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills 
are a must as the position interfaces with every team in the organization. You 
have to be organized, analytical and professional with the ability to 
prioritize, manage and lead multiple tasks. You must be able to thrive in the 
chaotic, 
explosive environment and you must be a self-starter. · Takes a broad view of 
the restaurant business and its opportunities by developing regional 
marketing plans with field operations. Develops long-term marketing strategies 
for 
growth and brand positioning. Skilled at summarizing and analyzing information 
for budgeting revenues and expenses. · Ability to drive the development and 
implementation of direct marketing campaigns including contact, creative
