JOB DESCRIPTION
Company Employment Recruiter - Looking for a key individual as an Internal
Employment Recruiter. Company is looking for a results driven, full cycle
Recruiter for entry level to professional positions in a high volume, rapid
growing, full service healthcare testing company. This person will work
closely with members of the Operations and Management Teams to define their
needs, develop and execute hiring plans and source, qualify and close desired
candidates. This position will work closely with the company's Human
Resources Director and will report to the COO.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate Must Have: 1.) 2-5 years experience in direct funtional recruiting
at all level 2.) B.S. Degree in Business or Related Field(equivalent
combination of recruiting work experience and education) 3.) Demonstrated
sourcing, interviewing, and follow through techniques to recruit the very
best 4.) Professional telephone skills and presence 5.) Advanced skill with
WORD, Excel, and the Internet
