COMMUNITY IMPACT ASSOCIATE


To provide professional staff leadership to Vision Councils to identify 
community outcomes and achieve the results necessary to achieve the communities 
most critical needs.  Knowledge of civic sector, government and non-profit 
human services delivery system.  Knowledge and experience of program 
evaluations, program and community outcomes and fund distribution process.   

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.  Minimum of 
three years experience in agency and/or non-profit or a government setting.  
Strong analytical and research abilities and proficiency in oral and written 
communication.
