Dear fellow associates, and administrative phone personnel,

Good evening and happy holidays. Over the last few days their has been 
confusion and doubt as to office operations - which have gone without my usual 
hands on approach. The years end will bring and end to that.

Concerns, with possible less-than constructive criticism may result if one step 
is not taken by those charged with seeing operations through.. The most 
important of those is that of our "JSFG's" community relations and the voice we 
project.

So this evening, I will compose a brief and concise voice mail message to see 
us too '02.

Questions, concerns, respond.. days of Christmas left, enjoy.

Good evening. I send word as I follow-up on a telephone call I just made via my 
new cell phone in which I believe I spoke with your spouse. 

You weren't home and being new to making calls in which time is of essence - 
money.  I was brief and too the point.. Had  some trouble with the connections, 
as I hope my call wasn't too confusing.

Nevertheless. Another first for Geno - My first bus. call.
