0>1a, I suggest you go online and try contracts for a freebee. Otherwise go
downtown to one of the legal supply stores and they should have what you need.

2a, The state will continue to send you those red cards as long as you are
eligible. When you want to start drawing again, I suggest you go to one of
there offices and refile.
