REGIONAL DIRECTOR, SERVICE LINE MARKETING
 
The primary focus of this position is to lead service line initiatives
identified by opportunity analysis; designing and developing marketing
efforts to support service line growth (particularly working with
clinicians to develop patient education materials and events) and
working closely with Communications and Site Marketing personnel to
ensure these materials are implemented effectively. Duties include
assisting in the analysis of the competitive environment, clinical
advances, technological enhancements and reimbursement trends to help
identify opportunities for including in the strategic plan; coaching
personnel in service line delivery and marketing; supervising and
developing team members.
 
Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts,
Quantitative Analysis, Marketing or similar field (master's preferred)
and have over 5 year's progressive marketing experience, preferably in
clinical (i.e., pharmaceutical or medical device) or service line
marketing. Background must include management of multiple, large-scale
projects concurrently. Strong clinical translation, analytical,
problem-solving and strategizing capabilities are necessary, as are the
communication skills required to interact with physicians, management
and team members. MS-Office proficiency is expected.
