VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC PLANNING
 
A proactive individual with proven business acumen, you will
aggressively identify business strategies to capture and increase our
profitable market share, build revenues and increase margin. Expect to
be the driving force behind assessments of multiple opportunities in
hospital, ambulatory service and long term care for areas of improvement
or opportunity; recommend strategic plans to senior management; initiate
and track business plans and actions. You'll also act as primary
marketing lead/SAMM process administrator and establish annual volumes;
coordinate strategic capital investment plans; and lead divisional and
regional marketing teams. 
 
This opportunity calls for a data-oriented, results-driven strategic
thinker and team leader who can not only can supervise and coach his/her
staff, but is willing to do the work as well.  In addition to highly
effective decision-making and facilitation capabilities, a bachelor's
degree in Liberal Arts, Quantitative Analysis, Marketing or a related
discipline is required; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates must
have 10+ years' progressive experience in marketing and planning, with
demonstrated success in business development, strategic planning and
management of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Must have a
valid driver's license and ability to travel.
