JOB DESCRIPTION:=20

Manage the design engineering activities for AH - MSD Fairfield.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

(1)   Prioritize the Design Engineering Efforts of the commercial =
business.

(2)   Design robust products that meet or exceed contract requirements & =
customer needs.=20

(3)   Support of Production & Purchasing by developing accurate BOM & =
drawing packages.

(4)   Sales Support

a.      Interaction w/ international facilities

(5)   Execute Assigned IR&D Funded Projects

         - Both APPLIED & BASIC

                           =20

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:=20

(1)   BS in Engineering (4 year degree)

(2)   Minimum 4 years of job experience=20

(3)   This position requires knowledge and experience with Pro/E solid =
modeling, drafting and sheetmetal

(4)   Ballistic Engineering experience is an extra benefit

(5)   Self motivated

(6)   Ability to communicate effectively with all departments
