JOB OPENINGS- Week of June 11, 2007
AM/PM COOK (Full-time, 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd shifts, weekends required)
Prepares all cold fruit and vegetable items, prepares hot prep items, stocks
food supplies, reads and understands recipes to ensures all items are made
correctly. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area.
Previous cooking in a restaurant environment required.
ROOM ATTENDANT (Full-time, 1st shift available, weekends required) Responsible
for ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel rooms. Cleans bathtub, sink, walls,
mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces following all safe chemicals
handling procedures, strips and makes beds using fresh linens daily, vacuums
entire room, replenishes amenities, dusts and polishes furniture.
Previous hotel cleaning experience required.
VALET (Part-time, 2nd & 3rd shift, 3pm-11pm& 11pm-7am, weekends required) Parks
automobiles for guests in parking garage. Places numbered tag on windshield of
automobile to be park and gives customer the matching tag to be used when
locating the parked automobile. Collects parking fee from guests. Maintains
cleanliness of driveway, garage and associated areas.
Must have a valid driver license and proof of auto insurance. Must be able to
drive both 5 speed and automatic vehicle.
BANQUET SET-UP (Part-time, must be available for all shifts, weekends required)
Responsible for setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, etc. for banquets,
meetings and special events. Cleans banquet areas.
Must be able to lift 50lbs continuously.
BANQUET SERVER (On-Call, all shifts, weekends required) Presents menus to
restaurant guests, answers questions and makes suggestions regarding food and
beverage service. Takes food orders to guests. Garnishes and decorates dishes.
Prepares and delivers cocktails. Totals bills and accepts payments.
Previous banquet or fine dining experience required.
BISTRO BARTENDER (Part-time, must be available for 1st and 2nd shift, weekends
required) Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to bar patrons of
bar. Takes orders, serves wine and draught or bottled beer. Collects money for
drinks served.
At least 1 year previous bartending experience required.
