Zotefoams, the world's leading manufacturer of cross-linked block foams, has
an opening at it's Northern Kentucky manufacturing facility for a
Technical/Business Development Manager.

-Mfg experience (preferably with plastics background)
-Materials background
-Technical background - understands and has the concepts, fundamentals, etc.
such as
  root cause analysis, process, process changes, ability to drive correction
actions, etc.
-Manufacturing process studies / evaluations
-Liaison and support Q.A. as well as periodic leadership of special / custom
testing projects
-Responsible for all technical information (i.e., on Web site, literature,
etc.).
-Support AFD's (Fabricators) with technical information, primarily when they
experience problems
 and secondarily for help reconciling specifications with our products and
getting help regarding
 recommendations. "Application Engineering"
-Participation within various industry associations and regulatory-related
agencies in an
 effort to promote our products and build advocacy
-Preferably would have technical sales / technical sales support experience
or interest
-Solid interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, and internally at
all levels within the U.S.
 and U.K.
-Lean experience, a plus.
-Periodic travel and Passport require
-Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering or another appropriate
science-based degree
