Zotefoams, the world's leading manufacturer of cross-linked block foams, has
 an opening at it's Northern Kentucky manufacturing facility for a Quality
Engineer.

 ISO 9001-2000 experience

 Management Representative for ISO
 Lead continuous improvements in a disciplined manner
 Problem-solving abilities (i.e., root cause analysis, etc.)
 Knowledge, understanding and direct experience in all facets of leading an
analytical,
 testing facility

 Ability to lead lab technicians and manage as aspects of quality and
testing

 Knowledge and ability to reconcile customer requests and needs with
standards

 (internally, and externally with ASTM, etc.)

 Solid interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, and internal
personnel within

 the U.S. and U.K.

 Experience with PPAP's and dealing with third-party testing facilities.

 Experience and ability to lead all documentation requirements (i.e., certs,
MTR's, etc.)

 Responsible for ensuring the laboratory has all of the right equipment,
properly calibrated
 and maintained, etc.

 Sales-related and customer service related support

 Experience with automotive, aviation and other market-segments with
rigorous
 standards, a plus
 Lean experience, a plus.
 Periodic travel and Passport required.
 Degree desired in a science-based / engineering field.
