Good morning. Due to personal reasons I wish you advise my fellow associates 
that my planned visit to our offices has been pushed to Friday morning, as 
opposed to my initial noted time.

I will be dropping by between 9 AM and noon. Anyone having questions, comments,

  I am scheduled to man the phones Tuesday afternoon noon until 3 PM and will 
visit the offices on Thursday afternoon 1 PM to 3 PM so as to allow new
