Local executive search firm Baldwin Gilman LLC has seen such a rise in 
executives wanting to enter the nonprofit world that it has hired Dick Aft, 
the retired United Way of Greater Cincinnati president, as an associate to 
help with nonprofit placements. 
Baldwin Gilman also has enlisted the help of Fine Arts Fund President Mary 
McCullough Hudson, current United Way President Rob Reifsnyder, Greater 
Cincinnati Foundation President Kathryn Merchant and Sue Wilke, president of 
the Leadership Council of Human Service Executives, to take part in a 
seminar to address the trend toward people wanting to give back full time in 
the nonprofit sector. 

The free seminar will run from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. March 26 at the Baldwin 
Gilman Conference Center, 4760 Red Bank Expressway, Suite 230. RSVP by March
