Telephone Sales Representative

The Classified Dept of the Cincinnati Enquirer has an immediate opening for
a full-time Telephone Sales Representative.

This individual will be working on our outbound call team.  The employee
will conduct outbound phone calls, answer incoming calls in order to sell
and service advertising over the phone, process cancellations and handle
information calls, complaints, problems and changes.

Requirements:

One year of previous telephone sales experience, typing speed minimum of 20
wpm corrected, good spelling and clerical skills, excellent communication
skills.
