Seeking 1099 consultant to provide employee relations services for a client
in Mason.
The ER Consultant must have previous employee relations experience,
specifically, prior working knowledge and hands on applications of managing
the EEOC process (from initial employee relations issue, to investigation to
filing and closure ? e.g., timely response to EEOC, writing position
statements, following internal processes of investigations, managing
regional HR communications, etc.)

This contract likely to pay in the market of $35 per hour for a 3-5 day work
week.  No overtime as it is straight time billable hours.
