involved.  We have produced six issues since purchasing the business last
summer and have received excellent kudos on the publication's usefulness and

abundant and we have diligently built a data base of more than 1200
prospects with contact info and notes. The beauty of this business is that
it has no inventory, special equipment, or facilities to manage. It is
easily run from a home office, and has the support of a national parent
(they make their money by doing the production and printing of the magazine)
and 150+ other publication owners across the country so you don't feel
alone. The distribution channel is all set up and production is a breeze,
since it is done by the national parent.   Perfect situation for someone who
wants his/her own business with little overhead and has a sales background
or feels they would be good in sales. A base of advertisers has begun and
the business has huge potential in renewable revenue.
