I am aware of a local company currently doing a search for IT Auditors.  =
There are multiple positions open including IT Auditors, Senior Auditors,=
 and Managers.  This is a large, Cincinnati-based company and the positio=
ns are located downtown.

Each of these positions requires some level of experience (at least a yea=
r) in IT Auditing.  A brief summary of the positions:

IT Audit Staff: Completes IT audits reporting to the in- charge auditor. =
Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and the eff=
iciency of operations by performing key activities. Bachelor=92s Degree i=
n a business related area is required and 1-4 years of IT/ Operational Au=
diting or related business experience is required. Must be able to analyz=
e and interpret information. Effective interpersonal, oral and written co=
mmunications, and presentation skills are also required. Incumbent is exp=
ected to be working toward the CISA certification.

IT Audit Senior:  Conducts IT and integrated audits under the directions =
of the IT Audit Manager. Plans and executes audits to ensure efficient us=
e of resources. Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal cont=
rols and the efficiency of operations by performing key activities. Must =
have 4-6 years of IT Audit or related experience. Ideal candidate would h=
ave performed audits within the following environments: Windows, UNIX, an=
d traditional mainframe. Must have a Bachelor's degree and advanced degre=
es are preferred. =


IT Audit Manager:  Manages and conducts IT Audits under the directions of=
 the IT Audit Director. Plans and schedules all audits within area of fun=
ctional ownership. Provides thought leadership to the overall team, and d=
irect leadership to a team of assigned specialists. Responsible for deliv=
ering value-added services with a diverse technology infrastructure. Must=
 have 5-10 years of accounting- related experience in Industry or Public =
Accounting. Incumbent must be experienced in performing audits within a m=
ulti- platform, networked environment. A background and understanding of =
the risks and controls in technologies such as client/server, open system=
s architecture, data warehousing, imaging, Internet, intranet and e-comme=
rce is highly desirable. Must have a proven managerial/ supervisory exper=
ience.
