Meeting is  adjourned, but everyone is welcome to stay and continue to  
network.  
Special  project committees: confirm if any are meeting after general meeting 
 adjourns.  
Meeting set  up: 12-14 round tables for member  seating; usual 4 long tables 
config in the back for training and registration.  podium at northest corner 
end; two microphones.  Confirm speaker needs (overhead, or  power point laptop, 
screen, water etc.)  For advance arrangements, contact  Mark Lackey (x8176); 
Lisa Foley (x8174);  or Lin Lytle (x8178) of hpcumc staff. 
NOTES: 
Recognize volunteers. 
Significant interest groups (SIG) who are meeting: IT,  marketing, sales, and 
finance.
