      Will be responsible for providing hands-on development of software 
systems for custom equipment applications where required; Providing time and 
material estimates for all aspects of software involvement from concept to 
installation; Recommending resource staffing and scheduling for all software 
requirements; Directing day-to-day efforts of all software employees; 
coordinating travel activities for software staff;. Developing and implementing 
custom equipment applications software procedures and standard practices. 
Position reports directly to the Director of Engineering. Compensation based 
upon experience and relevant knowledge - up to $85k per year.  
      Requirements:   
      Seeking a Working Software Manager who has hands-on understanding of all 
facets of machine control software creation and implementation, as well as, 
supervisory experience. Applicants must have proven successful experience as a 
senior software developer with MS Windows C/C++ software.
