  As referenced this morning at the JSFG meeting, here is the information on 
how to join the yahoo group.

  Welcome to JUMPSTART!  
   
  What is Jumpstart?  It is a faith-based career network providing a safe and 
inspiring environment with skilled and experienced volunteers.  We give support 
for those individuals in transition or seeking career development.  Typically 
our group is made up of 15 - 30 parishioners AND non-parishioners who meet 
monthly to work on career transition issues.  Please consider joining us ? OR 
REFER A FRIEND!
   
  Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday evening of the month from 6:30 - 8:00 
pm at St. Margaret of York Church in Loveland, Ohio.  The address is 9483 
Columbia Road

  We try to be sensitive to our presenters time and start and end promptly.  
   
  Agendas and meeting topics are scheduled quarterly and emailed at least two 
weeks prior to the meeting.  If you have suggestions for topics or presenters, 
please email them to Lisa.
   
  Communication occurs via the internet through the use of a yahoo group email 
address.  Joan Woodward and Lisa Kaminski, HR professionals,  facilitate the 
monthly meetings, schedule the speakers and presenters and are available as 
resources for very specific questions.  Our goal is to create a forum to allow 
others to help each other and provide resources and tools for other members of 
the group.  Alumni and employers are encouraged to subscribe to the group and 
share information they believe would be helpful to those in transition.
   
  To subscribe to the group address, send an email from the email account you 
will be using to communicate with the JUMPSTART group to 
smoyjumpstart-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  
   
  You will receive an email asking you to reply and confirm your subscription.  
If you do not reply you will not receive any further communication from the 
JUMPSTART group.
   
  Once you have confirmed, feel free to post (or email) to the group, 
introducing yourself or asking for assistance (tip - it helps to be specific; 
e.g. 'does anyone have a contact in Human Resources at XYZ Company' rather than 
'does anyone know someone in HR').   To email the group, send your email to

  Please share your successes with the group - both via email and meetings.  
There are many who are unable to attend the meeting but appreciate hearing of 
job leads and/or successful landings through email.
