[jsfg_cinti] Web Page Development


I am interested in doing some web page development/enhancement, but have not 
done so as yet.

Could anyone with this expertise let me know how difficult or easy this would 
be? 

Obviously the more complex the more difficult, but I just want to venture into 
this area as a sideline, perhaps starting on a basic level and then going from 
there.

I have heard of Microsoft Front Page as well. Perhaps with this tool novices 
can be successful at venturing into this area?
